The times that I have implemented a morning fitness routine, I have found sustained success in my fitness levels. That doesn’t mean I always implement the morning routine. I just have the best chance of succeeding when I do.

In Episode 73 of The Become Beast Podcast, I talk about how I have implemented morning workouts in the past and current and why I am a big advocate for doing so.

If it is absolutely impossible for you to workout in the morning, it’s not the end of the world. This is just my suggestion and explanation as to it’s benefits.
